Welcome to ForeverView LLC! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, services, and products. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
  • We accept multiple forms of payment.  See options on check out page.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • All of our products are shipped via USPS. 
  • Expected Delivery timeline: We ship new orders within 2-3 business days. Typically your order will arrive in less than a week within the USA.  Email updates will be sent.
  •  Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be shown once you receive a shipping notification.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error was made by ForeverView LLC.
  • Please reach out if you need to arrange for quicker delivery.
  • Please double check your shipping address!  If there are errors, contact us ASAP.  If the product has not been packaged yet, we will make every effort to update to the correct address.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns: We accept returns only if the item is damaged during shipping or has substantial defects. All products are handmade, and every effort is made to ship the best possible product.  Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged Items/Refunds: Email shop@foreverviewllc.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item along with the packaging that it arrived in. After approval, a full refund minus shipping costs will be issued. 
  • Non-returnable Items: Custom photo magnets are not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping or substantial defects are noted.  All products are handmade, and every effort is made to ship the best possible product. However, due to the nature of the products, small blemishes may be present.  Unlaminated photo magnets have the potential for scratching.  As a result, the laminated option is offered to protect the surface of the magnetic photo paper.
  • Return Process: Contact shop@foreverviewllc.com to start a return. If accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.

5. Image Upload & Copyright Responsibility

By uploading images to ForeverView LLC for printing, you confirm that you either:

  1. Own the copyright to the images, or
  2. Have obtained all necessary permissions or licenses to use the images for the requested products.

You agree that ForeverView LLC is not responsible for verifying image ownership and will not be held liable for any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property disputes arising from your uploads. All legal responsibility rests solely with you.

At checkout, you must acknowledge:
☑ I confirm that I have the rights or permission to use all images I upload. I understand that ForeverView LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues related to my images.

By completing your purchase, you grant ForeverView LLC a limited license to use your images only as necessary to produce and deliver your order. We do not claim ownership of your images.

6. Featuring Orders on Social Media

Customers may choose to allow or decline permission for ForeverView LLC to feature photos of their completed order on our website, social media, or promotional materials.

If you select “Yes” at checkout, you grant us permission to share photos of your completed product. This permission does not transfer ownership of your images or designs.

If you select “No” at check out, we will not share photos of your completed product.

7. Copyright & Takedown Policy

We respect the rights of artists, photographers, and creators. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any images they upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

ForeverView LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.
