Return Policy

  • Returns: We accept returns only if the item is damaged during shipping or has substantial defects. All products are handmade, and every effort is made to ship the best possible product.  Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

 

  • Damaged Items/Refunds: Email shop@foreverviewllc.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item along with the packaging that it arrived in. After approval, a full refund minus shipping costs will be issued. 

 

  • Non-returnable Items: Custom photo magnets are not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping or substantial defects are noted.  All products are handmade, and every effort is made to ship the best possible product. However, due to the nature of the products, small blemishes may be present.  Unlaminated photo magnets have the potential for scratching.  As a result, the laminated option is offered to protect the surface of the magnetic photo paper.

 

  • Return Process: Contact shop@foreverviewllc.com to start a return. If accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
