Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Custom Photo Magnet Returns: As a result of our magnets being custom and made on an individual basis, we do not accept refunds unless the item is damaged during shipping or has defects upon arrival. Claims must be made within 15 days of delivery.  Do not send your product back prior to contacting us.
  • Damaged Items/Refunds: Email shop@foreverviewLLC.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. 
  • Return Process: Contact shop@foreverviewLLC.com to start a return. If accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Non-returnable Items: Custom photo magnets are not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If approved for return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@foreverviewLLC.com.
